1) How can fat burn?

You can easley burn your fat if you follow proper diet and workout plan. Keep balance between the diet plan and workout. If you skip diet plan you can not reduce your weight. If you skip workout plan then also you can not reduce your weight. Remember that keep balance between diet and workout with discipline. If you follow theses instructions you can easley reduce your weight.

2) How can you train psychologically for fat burn to yourself ?

If you want to burn or loss your fat make strong your self according to Psychologically because that's a first step to start your work. Now if your current weight is 120kg then you feel that if you reduce 60kg. How will you see in new look. Obviously you will see like a hero in new look. Because of this you will get a self Motivation.


Self Motivation is one of the most important factor of your growth because without of self motivation you can't growth. If you thought I can do it or any thing, Obviously you can do. If you thought I can't do it, Obviously you can't do. Actually this is exactly do what we think. What you can't think about, then you can't achieve as much as you try.

3) Weight Loss Diet Plan:

I) Breakfast:

Drink a cup of Green Tea empty stomach
Then after 30minutes walk. Don't use sugar in green tea.

After morning walk take a glass of Cucumber juice or apple juice or grapefruits juice.


 You can select any one with your choice.


After 15minutes of Juice.


Eat two boil eggs and drink a glass of milk.








II) Lunch:

Eat a plate of Mix Green vegitables  about 500grams.

III) Diet plan before, During and after workout Workout: 

Before workout drink a cup of Green Tea with lemon. Don't use sugar in green tea.
During workout drink Simple water with lemon or cucumber juice. Don't use salt in water.
After workout drink a glass of Cucumber juice or apple juice or grapefruits juice.
You can select any one.

Lot of water drink in whole day. Approximately drink 7 to 10 litter according to your body weight.

IV) Dinner:

Eat Mix Green fruits about 250 to 300 grams.

 Drink a cup of Green Tea with lemons 30 to 40 minutes after dinner. Then walk for 30 minutes then drink a glass of milk. Don't use sugar in milk and green tea.

Grapefruit helps weight loss and maintaining blood pressure as well building healthy Heart. Grapefruit juice improves blood flow.
